Do you desire true sucex.

Sucex is a product of hard work smartly done. For every sucex there is an effort,

For every effort there is a determination

For every determination there is a persistence

For every persistence, diligence is the watchword.

For every diligence, excellence is the price we pay for it.

If you must achieve great and small (by small, i mean that you can either do big things greatly or you can do small things in a great way. An example of a small thing is a simple smile to every face you see. It can brighten other people day more than you can ever know) then you have the best option of working assiduously in the vineyard of your inner calling. A calling made known to you as you contemplate the Image in you, as you contemplate your role in the scheme of society, as you strive to become more meaningful to society, as you try to create a lasting positive impact on posterity.

For some of us, this purpose is a way of life, for some, its a fictitious fantasy we indulge in when we steal time to escape the frenetic hustle of earning a living in a crazy world that desperately tries to make us what we are not.

Sucex comes not to those who want it but to those who need it, those from whom it plays a vital role in the tread of society.

Sucex comes to those who by their continual effort and a golden faith in the vision create the enabling environment for the flow of sucex.

Sucex is not a destination but the beginning of a great adventure, an adventure that leads to greater adventures as your journey progresses through life.

Many are the responsibility entrusted on you once you become sucexful, many are the parasites that will leach on you, many are the pests that will surround you. You have to be able to discern the true from the false friends, not just at that time but always.

Believe in yourself, above the storms of passion and the murmurs of self-will is the strength you need to achieve your noble best. As you traverse the school of life, challenges will come especially on the road to sucex but you must not murmur for these challenges are the cutting edge that distinguish between sucex and failure. The weak fails or derail under challenge, the strong wax stronger and learn the lessons inherent in every situation (challenge inclusive), event, people or aspiration.

Our passion serve as a ladder to the aspired, like a fuel that drives a car, it is not the car neither is it the destination hoped to reach by the driver.

Our passion, like petrol has a tendency to excite us out of the real value our leadership work brings to the table of humanity. Especially when the material things attached to our sucex gets into our head and we begin to see life not as a chain event but as a “me..me…me” “i want this, i want that”

But if we have the moral strength to see beyond this distraction and be still so as to remember our purpose then the light that emanates from a pure mind will guide us through a darkened world.

The highest test of our morality is in how much value our integrity and cherished ideals brings to the leadership of an ignorant society.

Every leader is like a priest, a priest understands Godly things and brings it to the people. At every point in history, there are more ignorant people than wise minds/leaders. The ignorant person does not understand who or what he is, his priority is to fill the house of his  vanity with everything he can lay his hand on, at such abyss of thinking, he can even steal and improvise a society just to fatten his vanity account. And other ignorant minds worse than them are waiting for their own turn to lot from the same society they are supposed to build.

But the leaders mind is wise enough to glean the true essence of life hence he becomes the priest that beams a better way to live, a better way symbolised in his exemplary life.
