societal leadership as a table

Its’ about leading a path, clearing a new path for society,

Its’ about showing a new way of doing things,

Its’ about Blossoming the best within for the good of humanity.

Everyone of us is an inventor, we are endowed at birth with certain unalienable right among which is the right to be creative (in the footstep of our creator….cos we carry that capability though in a smaller scale).

Some of us are meant to invent new things, some are to invent new ways of doing old things. Some of us reinvent existing things to make life better. The greatest invention in life is to lead the world with our true nature.

?How do I mean.

We each have something that makes us who we  are , its something we stand for, something we will  like to do if we were not working to earn money. For some, its singing,

for others its making people laugh,

still for some its about guiding others with good advice,

for some, its caring for other and many more stand. The central thing is that we each stand for something, it could even be changing a social or moral problem.

When we work in the vineyard of that virtue/quality we stand for, we create a new way of doing things, gradually we become pioneers and we begin to show others the path to this new stuff we have created.

Lets use an illustration, during the early 1900s many people were experimenting with flying machines. Many professors of physics and all the academic discipline were busy saying that it was impossible to put a machine made of metal l in the air because metal was heavier than air hence it will crash to the ground. Two bicycle repairs did not want this academic pessimism to stop them, they continued with their experiment and in a few years launched the first plane into the air, today the world cannot do without planes.

Now the important thing is that after the Wright brothers created the first planes they became pilot instructors overnight simply because they created the plane themselves. That’s my point, they lighted a path for humanity then they went further to lead others into the way.

So also it is with leadership…..its’ about our inner core.

When you achieve excellence in a thing, naturally you become a leader by efficiency.

Take a look around you, everything you see was done by somebody and these people started teaching others the way.

” You are the light of the world…..the salt of the earth….at city on a hill that cannot be hidden”

From experience, we know that light becomes necessary when there is darkness somewhere and its that light that will dispel the darkness. Whatever the mind can conceive with faith, you it can achieve with hard work diligently done in a smart way.

The mind of man has never dreamt impossibility hence it can achieve all it sets out to achieve.

Note; by the use of the word “inventor” I do not mean scientific stuffs, invention is another word for creativity. A painter can invent a better way of painting even when he has limited or inadequate materials. A laundry man can invent a better way of washing more cloth with less soap or water. Every person can design a better way of doing what he is good at, all it takes is proper understudy of the thing at hand and a desire to improve on it…..the miracles will flow.
