Very sad to hear of the passing of “The Bullet” Bob Riley. Talking ball with him was something I really enjoyed during my time in Huntsville. Prayers to the Riley family, Coach will be missed.

I just found out one of my favorite college football coaches when I played at Sam Houston State passed away today. Our RB’s coach, Bullet Bob Riley. He was definitely a character and touched many lives. He was also head coach for Cy-Fair Bobcats for one year.
More details have not been released about this death, and actual death age and date are yet to confirmed by us. We are still working on getting more details about the death, as family statement on the death is yet to be released.
