Condolences to Stafford (TX) Mayor Leonard Scarcella who passed away today at the age of 79. He was the Mayor of Stafford for nearly 51 years and was very proud of of the Stafford Municipal School District. May he Rest In Peace and his family/colleagues are in our thoughts and prayers.

I have known this incredible man my entire life and while it hurts my heart I will no longer see him in his amazing pants, I’m comforted knowing that he will be looking over us and the city of Stafford forever!!!
