Brayla Stone Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Brayla Stone.
Having heard about this great loss, the family of this individual is passing through pains, mourning the unexpected passing of their beloved.
This departure was confirmed through social media posts made by Twitter users who pour out tributes, and condolences to the family of the deceased.
Let’s talk about Brayla Stone, who was murdered for being a black transgendered girl. Her murderer bragged about being paid $5,000 to kill her online and there’s nothing being done about it. It’s seems it’s so easy for people to yell “black lives matter” but when it comes to black trans women, the silence returned is brutally hypocritical.
If you have a problem with saying “Trans Black Lives Matter” you need to start doing the work so many of my white friends are doing by learning and understanding what your biases and lack of knowledge are and making major changes
Brayla Stone, a Black Trans teen from Little Rock was found yesterday inside a car in Sherwood. She was 17 years old.
All news outlets are currently misgendering her.
There are reports that her murderer is boasting about her death.
SAY HER NAME!! BRAYLA STONE!

As we continue celebrating our pride in NWA, the violence against black trans people doesn’t stop. Brayla Stone, a 17-year-old black trans girl was murdered yesterday in Arkansas. She doesn’t get to celebrate pride with us. Her death was reported by ONE Little Rock news organization. We did some research and found no other news organizations covering this. In that short report, she was dead-named and misgendered. Trans people deserve more than this. They deserve to live and thrive in our society without fear of discrimination and violence.
It is very hard to wave our flags, while black trans kids are being murdered…
Help us spread the word! Her life will not be forgotten and tossed away like this, we will remember you.
Say her name. Brayla Stone.

Rest in Power, Brayla Stone.
Brayla was a 17 year old trans Black girl who lived in Little Rock, Arkansas. She enjoyed experimenting with music and often uploaded videos to her personal YouTube channel. Her killer is a transphobic man who boasted about the murder, bragging that he was paid $5,000 to commit the crime on June 25th. He has yet to be identified but has since posted a photo of the money he received, created a poll asking whether or not “he” (Brayla) deserved to die, and has the phrase “pay the price roll the dice they lose they life” in his Instagram bio. The few news outlets who have reported on Brayla’s murder are continuously deadnaming her and using incorrect pronouns.
All Black lives matter, including Black trans lives. We post in honor of Brayla Stone today on the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall Riots which was notably started by a Black trans woman, Marsha P. Johnson. The intersectionality of the Black and LGBTQ communities are important to acknowledge while fighting for justice. During this pride month we are in the midst of a civil rights movement and the systemic violence against Black trans individuals is more evident than ever. There have been three known murders of Black trans women within the past two weeks, since POTUS revoked discrimination protections for trans people in the US healthcare system.
Black trans girls and women “exist at the intersection of racial injustice, gender based violence, and transphobia. Erasure is violence, when we fail to show up for Black trans girls- when we silence their stories and when we ignore their trauma we are perpetrators of the violence that leaves our girls vulnerable. We are responsible- we must say their names.” -justice4blackgirls.
We are still working on getting more details about the death, as family statement on the death is yet to be released.
