This is the first picture of a woman found dead in a suspected murder-suicide in Lincolnshire. Tragic Karolina Zinkeviciene, 30, was murdered at her home in Spalding on June 25. A man, Breshnev Ruiters, 34, was also found dead at the scene. Detective Inspector Andy McWatt, Senior Investigating Officer, says: “The initial post mortem result indicates Karolina was murdered. “Her family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this exceptionally difficult time and we continue to support them.
