InsideEko is yet to confirm Tommy Keegan’s cause of death as no health issues, accident or other causes of death have been learned to be associated with the passing.
This death has caused a lot of friends and family of Keegan so much hurt. It is in that mourning spirit that the concerned persons have taken to social media to share tributes to the deceased and condolences to the affected family.

I just don’t know what to say except that this wasn’t supposed to be part of your life plan that you mapped out 30 years ago, Tommy Keegan. You were supposed to be here a lot longer than this. My heart aches for all of us
A few weeks ago I went to Keegan Ales to have a pint with my BIL Kevin Roach, and see David Kraail perform. I pull up and there’s Tommy in the middle of a bunch of Motorcycles and Lisa’s Scooter.
So we start discussing motorcycles… YAY a favorite topic. How he loved his Ducati Scrambler and taking it back in the woods. Then it was all about the scooter and how he has one thats 175cc and Lisa’s is 125cc and “hey you want to take it for a spin ? Me: ” Hell yeah”.
I take it up and down the street a couple blocks and get a good feel for it and come back. Tommy took a little video of me riding the Scooter but it was only a few seconds long and he was like “dude its not a great video”
Then we start discussing my Harley and the motor upgrade I did on it and he says “can I ride it”. Me “sure here’s the Key Fob” .
So off he goes and for some reason I thought he’d be right back. A couple minutes go by and he’s not back. What was I thinking …lol. Okay No worries I’ll go get a Pint of Mothers Milk.
1/2 hour later I’m hanging with the gang outside and I can hear my bike coming so I start filming. Tommy was all excited and loved riding the bike. I asked if he punched it like I told him 2 and he said ‘ Yeah I nailed it hard in 3rd,4th and 5th. Me “Holy crap dude you must have been flying”
Later that night I went home and looked at my videos and thought wow thats pretty cool and made a little tiny 38 second video. When I gigged at Keegans later that week I used that video to promote the gig. Tommy said he loved it.
Lisa Hantes and Tommy Keegan took me in under their musical wings last year and I’ll never forget that. 2020 sucked but they made it better for me. They’ve told me many times I’m part of the Family. I’ve played at Keegan Ales a Dozen times in the past year and every time they’ve said the most positive things to me and just made me feel real good about myself. Thank YOU so much
I don’t know where I’m going with this post but like many, I’m having a hard time with this. I will miss all the great conversations we’ve had and we’ve discussed everything from Music, Motorcycles, Kids and you name it. RIP Tommy Keegan.
