18-year-old Immokalee boy dies in two-car accident in, Lee County
18-year-old Immokalee juvenile has died of injuries suffered following a two-car accident that happened on Corkscrew Road, west of Alico Road around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in Lee County, Florida.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the juvenile was driving a pickup on Corkscrew in Estero when he entered the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a sedan driven by a 36-year-old Female from Estero.
The man sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene while the sedan driver came out of the crash uninjured.
The crash remains under investigation.
