The Annex Lekki Southern Villa is a proposed serviced estate owned by Pennek, located in Sangotedo, off Lekki-Epe express by Monastery road, trek-able to Novare Mall (the newest Shoprite/Game stores).
The Annex Lekki Southern Villa is the fastest developing estate in its area. The land is swampy. There are ongoing constructions at the time of our visit. Despite being sand-filled, the buildings are erected on a good foundation, up-to 3 raft slabs.
The estate is on a good location, just down the road which is named “Pennek Drive.” Other developing estates within The Annex Lekki Southern Villa are Hectares of Diamond by Pwan Homes, New Audaces by CMB Building Maintenance and Investment Company, Flourish Residences by RevolutionPlus and more.
We met apartment buildings being erected with few already roofed and plastered. There were drainage created on both sides of the entrance road inside the estate. There is no information regarding the sales of land in this estate but from what we gathered on Pennek official website, 3 Bedroom duplex is on sale for just N23,000,000. Pennek site also claims the estate has C of O. We personally do not have confirmation for this so if you are buying, you can do the confirmation yourself.
