Chandler steered the line of danger and chose selflessness over self-preservation – not just in the war against the invisible enemy that is COVID-19, but every time he stepped into our community.
We cannot refrain from tendering the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the residents of Walvis Bay that Chandler died to save.
We call upon every Walvis Bay resident to light a candle on the day of Chandler Plato’s burial to remember his live and celebrate his Heroism
