George Tratras Death – Obituary: 25-year-old George Tratras of Pittsburgh killed himself shortly after killing his parents on Thursday 29th July 2021. According to multiple sources, George called 911 stating that he killed his parents at their home on Gilkeson Road.
police responded immediately and met with George and he was cooperative at the initial stage but later engage in a gun battle with the police where he shot one of the police officers in the torso. During the gunfire, George managed to escape and zoomed off in a vehicle.
After a short while, the chase ended with a crash at Route 19 and McLaughlin Run Road. The 25-year-old suspect was found dead inside the vehicle with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
