Hilary was the first education of National Extension College which was established in the 1960s. He was a loving and caring man, a great educator, and an inspiring intellectual. He was treasured by his student staff and all in the NEC. He was a very disciple man who never joked with the study. He Always taught his student to know education is of great importance in the life of people.
His courageous words and motivation will not be forgotten in a hurry by his student. He laid a great example, he was a role model to so many. His legacy will live on from generation to generation. Hilary Perraton’s obituary will be released by his family.
