Br. Sammy Allen is now enjoying Heaven! He loved The Lord Jesus. He was a faithful man of God. He prayed effectually & fervently, was a student of God’s Word, & enjoyed praising God. He was a unique personality. From him, I learned the importance of not quenching The Holy Spirit.

Concord Baptist Church in Fairmount, GA was blessed to have Bro. Sammy Allen as their Pastor for some 58 years. Just like in this picture, Bro. Allen watched over and cared for his flock. This man of God will be dearly missed!

I’m saddened to hear about the passing of Sammy Allen. I still use the Scofield Bible he gave me nearly 20 years ago at Bright Light Baptist Church in Concord.
He didn’t simply go “hear him preach,” you experienced him preach.
