I am a former PMS sufferer and   Secret Death Touches Review I cannot believe how long I suffered with PMS bloating, pain, cramps, nausea, tiredness, and depression before I discovered a few simple tricks that literally changed my life overnight. Okay, I will confess. I suffered over 20 years with PMS hell before I decided to take action and find an effective solution that was affordable, easy, and all natural. I think it is “amazing” how long we can allow ourselves to suffer with a condition while thinking there is no other way. I know I was one of those people…And I am very pleased to be able to help my fellow female gender suffer no more with PMS torture! These three tips below may be easy to overlook, but from my extensive experimentation, make a huge impact on how you feel during that time of the month. So take heed my friends.

whole works. Overeating is bad for you, not just during that time! This is not to say that you cannot eat your favorite foods. It is just that especially during this time, you want to reduce any amount of bloating possible and overeating contributes vastly to bloating. An easy way to help prevent overeating is to eat slower and smaller meals. Break them up. You can have it, just not all at once.

Take short naps, if possible, during the day. This may not be an easy task depending on your schedule. And I cannot count the number of times I had to take off of work or school due to my tortuous PMS cramping and bloating. Well, what is a “short” nap” Well, 10 minutes can do something. If you can squeeze in 2, 10 minute naps, this will help you feel a bit more energized. If you cannot take a nap, then at least close your eyes for a few minutes and sit up-or lay down if you prefer—to meditate. But to be honest, I used to feel like staying in bed all day long and not moving. But this tip will help those energy levels increase, along with not overeating. And tip number three below…

Drink a lot of water first thing in the morning. What is “a lot” of water, right Well, this will depend on a variety of factors. But I will say that you want your water to be room temperature or hot (like in a decaffeinated tea). If you can get in around 64 ounces first thing in the morning (that’s about 2 cups) that would be a good start to the day. This will of course cause you to want to use the bathroom within the next 20 minutes or so, but that’s the point. You want to clear your system out first thing and while on an empty stomach. This will help reduce bloating and cramping. The body is able to better absorb room temperature or hot fluids. And it induces a soothing feeling in the body, which is what you want especially during this time…You do not want to consume many cold fluids while on your cycle from my experiences; it seems to induce more aggressive cramping. https://asrightasrain.co/secret-death-touches-review/
