Christine Crooks Obituary – Death: Christine Crooks, 18, of Toronto, and Juliana Pannunzio, 20, of Windsor, were shot and killed at a birthday party in a short-term rental in Fort Erie earlier this year.
On Thursday, investigators confirmed that with the help of the Toronto Police Service, Christopher Lucas, 22, also known as the rapper “El Plaga,” of Scarborough, was arrested and charged in connection with the deadly incident.
He faces two counts of murder in the first degree and will appear today for a video bail hearing in St. Catharines.

The Thursday morning update comes after police offered up to $100,000 for information that would help solve the killing in January of 20-year-old Juliana Pannunzio of Windsor and 18-year-old Christine Crooks of Toronto.
