Anthony Treadgold missing – Have you seen 44-year-old Canley man Anthony Treadgold?
As search for 44-year-old Anthony Treadgold, continues, his mother and stepfather who are worried sick about his safety, have made an emotional plea to find him, as they want to bring him back home at all cost.
Police say Anthony is from the Canley area of Coventry and hasn’t been seen since he disappeared mysteriously, from home at about 4.15pm on Sunday, October 31, 2021, which is weeks now with no leads on where he might be.
Anthony Treadgold description
He is 5ft 9ins tall, he’s of slim/medium build and has greying hair. He was last seen wearing dark trousers and a distinctive black parka coat with a fur-lined hood. He was carrying a multi-coloured CEX draw string bag.
According to police he used his bank card at Aldi on Shultern Lane, Coventry at around 3.15pm on 31 October, and the last sighting of him on CCTV was near Lynchgate Court on University of Warwick campus just after 4pm.
“We speak to him several times a day, every day, so 17 days is extremely worrying because this is not in Anthony’s character. “We are very close, he’s always telling us that he loves us. “We love him very much but as time goes on, I’m trying very hard to be optimistic but it’s very hard. It’s not like him at all.” says Susan Anne the mother of the missing man
His stepfather Dale Gutteridge added: “We are here for him and we love him. Get in contact with us and let us know you are OK.”
Anthony made a call on his Nokia 7.2 smartphone shortly after, but his phone has not been used since.
