Jacob Powell of Lanark and Zachary Tripp of Arnprior, both 23, have lost their lives is a deadly three-vehicle collision that happened on Calabogie Road in Greater Madawaska Township, Ontario on Wednesday night, November 17, 2021.
According report, two of the vehicles involved in the collision had earlier collided head-on with each other which triggered the collision of the third vehicle which was heading southbound on Calabogie Road.
The driver of the third vehicle came out of the crash unhurt, while Powell and Tripp were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
No other detail was made available, meanwhile, investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing by the Renfrew OPP and OPP Traffic Collision Investigators.
