Nicholas Valcin and Wife Olisa Sanderson Valcin, of Wisroc Linden community have been identified as the couple that lost their lives in a fatal two-car accident that happened on Thursday afternoon, November 18, 2021 on the Caledonia Public Road in East Bank Demerara.
According to report, the incident involved a car and a canter truck. Prior to the collision, the couple’s car was heading southbound EBD Highway while the canter truck travelling on the opposite lane was on car and canter truck.
Following the collision, the couple were trapped in their car and where extricated and rushed to the hospital alongside another passenger to the Diamond Hospital where the couple were pronounced dead on arrival and the passenger is receiving treatment.
