our true leadership strength

A race may be ran by 100 people and the winner is celebrated internationally as the best so also are we champions because we beat over 50 million sperms to fertilise the egg that finally became us, if we could overcome over 50 million of our type even before we are born then nothing will be impossible to those who work it out, (that’s the leadership might)
To those who dare to be themselves,
To those whose inner strength transcends the mundane challenges of material life.
You can if you think it….the mind has never dreamt impossibility…….everything you see was once considered impossible until a fertile mind came and brought it to pass, so also are your noble aspiration-they are pathway to the future.

Leadership is transient even as the times changes. An unexamined life is not worth living.

We examine ourselves daily to become better people as we move through life.
It is like the law of motion guiding everything in creation. Everything moves or remains at rest until another force acts on it.
If you remain in a place for one year….you cannot even try it…..you must move, either to work, from bed, to the market, to friends and associate, movement is vital to existence, even the universe moves. Motion is the way for creation to manifest, everything in life is motion, you are a mass of universe, starting from the atomic level or cell level to the organ to your body…….all cells. Science says the space between a cell wall and the cytoplasm (the middles of the cell is intergalactic) and we are a mass of trillions of cells all in constant motion. The motion is everywhere, in everything. You wake up in the morning, you must leave your bed (motion), you go to the office you must move about (even if you sit in a chair all day, you must rotate the chair once or twice or move out of the chair from time to time), you come out the office you must go home (motion). As you are moving also,

The earth is moving round the sun at a speed in excess of 1610km per hour = 38640km a day,

The sun rotates on its axis and is barreling through the milky way galaxy at a speed in excess of 107,000km per hour = 2,140,000km a day

The solar system is barreling through the universe at the rate of 675,000km/h = 16,200,000 km/day

The galaxy itself is in constant motion, to where, ? I don’t know  but they (scientist) say it will collide with Andromeda in 5 billion years….na them sabi.

The galaxy barrels through space at a space of 2,237,000 km/h = 53,688,000 km/day

So even if you sit still in a chair from morning till night, you have hurled through space at the rate of 4,400,000 km/h or have travelled 105,600,000 km a day………..o what a distance.

Now in my ignorance (cos I don’t know much) I do not think all these movement is haphazard cos a mind (God) directs everything in creation. Now is it possible to move aimlessly in a purpose driven universe..no I don’t think so.
One thing I know for sure is that all these movement is not for joke, it’s not an accident, there is a purpose assigned to these movement, the real essence I cannot pretend to know but observation teach that every day we learn and grow as a result of the experiences we are exposed to in life. Life is a motion, motion changes everything, change changes everything, changes are implemented cos there is a known better way of doing things.
Growth is change

Improvement is driving for excellence
Excellence is an art mastered by adventures in the school of life, the adventures of self discover and self actualization. Leadership is a universal journey that travels through time not space {like the earth sun and all the galaxies}.

Leadership is the link uniting the past to the future not by prophesy but by actual work. As a leader you are like an ambassador sent by the future to the past…..to create a pathway for herself  (the future).

The noble vision you create are the best thing that has ever happened to man. You are not an accident but a well orchestrated event which the universe may not experience again. The key is in your vision of a better world, in your excellence, in your effort to leave the world a better place than you met it,  to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
