? Is immortality achievable

A straight answer to this question may not be possible, in an opinion, yes and no. Immortality is achievable and at the same times its impossible to some. Immortality can be achieved though not in flesh.

For us to understand this deeper, ?what is immortality in the first place. The dictionary says

Not susceptible to death, living for ever, never dying, never to be forgotten.

So we can deduce that immortality implies lasting for a long time. When we consider how short human life is we can that certain acts are immortal especially acts which are remembered millennia after the person who did the act lived . In this case, Socrates can be said to be immortal, so is Moses, so is Ahknaton, so is Ghengis Khan, so is Abraham Lincoln, so is William Shakespeare and a host of others. What makes them or their acts immortal is the contribution these acts had on the society of their time and of now (the future). Immortality, then, is achievable only to those sensitive as to understand the role they have to play in the grand scheme of humanity.

We are all born great, greater than we can ever imagine

“in him we live, move and have our being”

We are infused with an energy we may never comprehend or utilise maximally. Immortality is our responsibility in our little garden, the garden of our society, in the garden of your career and many more. Many go through life without ever realising or tapping this great reservoir of strength but to those whose knowledge and enlightenment empowers become active citizens of our world, to them is history indebted to, to them is posterity indebted to. Every Wiseman is a gift unto hi generation, a blessing beyond measure, a treasure of a lifetime. Wisdom is the sole reason for existence, it is the key to eternal lif. Wisdom finds expression in our lives when we use innate knowledge for the betterment of our lives or for the advancement of society, wisdom then becomes the principal reason for existence. In a sense immortality is wisdom seen from another light.

? Why do I think So.

Wisdom is practical knowledge. I.e. We are termed wise when we use the knowledge at our disposal to make better things, like the combination of iron +wheel +stearing+ engine+ tire  gives us a car.

The man who built the car we say he is wise. If we look beyond this car, we find the man only used the knowledge he had in him. This knowledge can be a theory he formulated in his mind, a theory that has never been practicalised before like when two bicycle repairers combined mental theory to produce the first flying machine( plane). Or this knowledge can be doing what he has seen elsewhere, the bottom line is that it was a knowledge which was harnessed to produce something out of nothing.

We are naturally endowed with great potentials and possibilities, if we look deep enough we may have a brighter view on our potentials, being initially placed in a garden(which if we had remained in, we will have beautiful continually through “work “) being outside garden though, it still behaves us to transform where we are into a garden. This is possible through only
