Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, Chairman of the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh, confirmed that the Palace of Government has a historical value, as it is the decision-making place of King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman, and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, created a landmark at the level of the Kingdom.

During his visit yesterday evening (Saturday) to the event celebrating the National Day organized by the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh in the Qasr al-Hukam area under the slogan “National Day… Loyalty and Loyalty” in his name and on behalf of the people of the Riyadh region, he raised the most sincere congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to all residents of the city of Riyadh, and to the honorable Saudi people, on the occasion of the 87th anniversary of the Kingdom’s National Day, praying to God Almighty to perpetuate security and prosperity for the Kingdom.

The Prince of Riyadh also praised the event organized by the Supreme Commission in its third year, in terms of the presence and large turnout of the residents and visitors of the city of Riyadh of various categories, ages and nationalities, noting that it embodied the solid national cohesion between the people of this benevolent country and its wise leadership.

Prince Faisal bin Bandar noted that this year's event included a variety of activities and programs, which included, in addition to the tour inside the Palace of Government, an exhibition of pictures of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God support him, Saudi performances on the stage, and a film on the wall of Masmak about the kings of the Kingdom, May God have mercy on them, in addition to a number of new cultural and recreational activities that were distributed in the historical squares, streets and markets in the vicinity of the Qasr al-Hukam area, and, thank God, fulfilled the aspirations of visitors to the event from all segments of society.

His Highness pointed out that visitors flocked from the first day of the event to take part in the tour inside the Palace of Government, to learn about its elements and components, and to learn about the history of the palace and the events and achievements it witnessed throughout its history.

It is noteworthy that the event organized by the High Authority for the Development of Riyadh, during the period from 2 to 4 Muharram 1438 AH, from five in the afternoon until eleven in the evening, on the occasion of the 87th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will continue to receive visitors over a period of three days until eleven in the evening Sunday. .
