Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, awarded in his office today (Sunday) the Commander of the Facilities Security Force in the Eastern Region, Major General Fahd Nashi Al-Karnaf, with his new rank, "Major General".
He congratulated him on his promotion, wishing him success in his work assignments.
