Ricky Dowal Etheridge Found Dead – A body was found on Tuesday and the McAllen Police Department are investigating the cause of her death.
According to police the deceased was found in the 1000 Block of North 15th Street at about 5 p.m.
The man has been identified as Ricky Dowal Etheridge aged 54.
According to McAllen police the investigation is being treated as homicide pending postmortem result.
