DIaja Faye Waites Death – Killed from Vehicle Collision
20 year old DIaja Faye Waites was declared dead on Friday morning at the scene of a crash.
Haltom City Police reported that The victim was severely wounded and another was seriously injured due to the accident after a pickup truck crashed into two cars that were parked along a Haltom City highway on Friday morning as several people were fixing a flat tire.
Haltom City Police said Two men who assisted in changing tire were transported to the hospitals with life-threatening wound.
The man who drove the pickup was transported to a hospital with minor wounds.
Haltom City police said, at around 7:40 a.m on Friday, area police and firefighters were called to the 5100 block of Northeast Loop 820. Officers discovered three vehicles that had been involved in the wreck, police reported and were able to detect the series of event that resulted to the collision.
