Very sad to hear the news about Mike Wilson. He and my mom worked together in the Cooking Light test kitchens and he used to smoke Boston butts for us years before he opened Saw’s. Absolute barbecue savant. Best sauce in the game.

The @sawsbbq and @PostOfficePies family celebrates the life of Mike Wilson, whose genuine passion to make everyone feel good was apparent in his love for soul food and BBQ. Mike never met a stranger, and always found common ground with everyone about food, music and fun.
