Hail women are one of the most important contributors to the sustainable development of the region and the main pillar with men.

So it succeeded by giving it thought and action by contributing to advancing the wheel of national development in the city and the region, and it became an active partner in the elevation and growth of its city, achieving qualitative leaps in fields that varied scientifically, economically and socially. Indeed, women in Hail proceed with confidence and competence to contribute to the future of their country while they seek care and attention from wise leadership that gave them ways Empowerment and reinforcement of their roles in various fields.

They are the granddaughters of “Safana bint Hatem,” the owner of the most famous saying in Islamic history: “Oh, after my life and my death.” She said it when I asked about her brother Hatem, and they told me the servants. He is going to the Umayyad caliph Suleiman bin Abdul Malik, so she said the famous saying with which Hail is now known, which was accompanied by Safana, who represents the Hail woman, but rather an example for all women in the region. Indeed, the Hail woman has not been absent from the political, social and cultural scene since the era of Safana 1400 years ago, so the princess “Fatima Al-Sabhan” The grandmother of Prince Saud Al-Abd Al-Aziz Al-Rashid was the first woman to take over the administration of governance in Najd, when she assumed the administration of the Hail rule by trusteeship, after being chosen by the senior shura and notables of Hail, where the man enabled her to rule over him, from 1910 until 1914 AD. Likewise, “Jawzaa Al-Tamyat” was the lady of wisdom and generosity among women in Hail, where she used to sit in the men’s council and discuss, order, end and oblige.

From there to here, in the current era, women, sharing the service of society and the country more broadly with men, depend on the confidence of the wise leadership in their pivotal and vital role. And for that, new legislation was enacted in the related laws and regulations, while the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 made “Saudi women” a major element and paved the way for them. They contributed to the various aspects of the development movement in the region, and what strengthened their entity was the programs and initiatives included in the vision. An executive who transformed what she aspired to into an achievement on the ground.

The Hailiya woman lives with her sisters in other regions through an exceptional phase that was reflected in her giving in the service of her community, and in recent years she has achieved achievements in several aspects, especially in the social aspect, due to her association with women out of her sense of her family and community duty and responsibility, and many academics and pioneers of social work have emerged. They held positions at the University of Hail, ministries and institutions.

According to government reports, it was revealed that the female employment rate in Hail is the highest at the level of the regions, indicating that these numbers will affect the urban form and the general plan of the city in the future, as women outperform men in jobs in the private sector in a high way, and here it reveals the full empowerment of women in Hail work, development and production.

And when we go back to the memory of empowering women after the unification of the Kingdom at the hands of the late King Abdulaziz – may God rest his soul in peace – the Hail region was the first region in Najd to oblige sons and daughters to education after all the neighboring regions refused the education decision, as Ms. Moudi bint Ibrahim Al-Saif – may God have mercy on her – The only female graduate of the first batch of the Female Teachers Institute in the education sector, to be the first Saudi woman to hold the position of principal of a school in Saudi Arabia and Hail at the time, and generations of our sisters and daughters have been taught by her for the past 50 years. The arrival of the Hail girl to the stage of distinction and excellence in various sciences and skills in the region.
