Being honourable is the highest respect you can bestow on yourself. Honour not judging from the standard of society but by living up to your noble and cherished ideals whose impact on society creates usefullness. Many dream of living a better moral life when they have this or that they fail to realise the moral insanity their lives are, they feed themselves with wind and regret come their way at last.
It is never easy to translate our cherished ideals into our practical life. But he who is able to do so is greater than the strongest general in any battlefield hence it is an honour to lead a life beneficial to society.
A life of honour grants you the fulfillment not got from material things owned. A kind of fulfillment that arises in you because you know you have lived well and have respected society so much that during your days as “grand ” father or mother or uncle, you stand tall cos you have enough lessons to transmit to the budding generation. Those who have nothing to offer fill their gray hair days with regret and an insatiable wish to live anew….but woo unto them for their wishes cannot can never be granted even by the divine hand of mercy.
Live well, your value in the garden of the material world we live in is of great importance even as the earnest expectation of creation awaits your revelation.
Cheers
