Advisor to the Minister of Health, General Supervisor of Public Relations and Media, Former Spokesman for the Ministry, and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Public Relations Association for the Middle East, Faisal Al-Zahrani, celebrated his son Mazen's graduation from Rakadai University in Kobe, Japan. Mazen expressed his pride in his graduation, which he considered a motivation to serve religion and the nation.
