CHICAGO, US State – The 17-year-old female was reported missing from Avondale on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021. She was last seen at her residence in the 4000 block of West Nelson Street and has not been seen or heard from since then. Concerns are now growing for her welfare and safety.
According to the information given by the police, the identity of the missing girl has been given as Ana Ortiz. Her last known location was given as Avondale on the Northwest Side. Her whereabouts are still unknown and her family and friends are worried. They need your help in finding her as her social media has been inactive and all attempts to reach her ahs been unsuccessful.
The Chicago Police have been doing all they can to help find Ana and are now appealing to the public to help find her. They urge everyone in the local area to be on the lookout for her.
