Anthony Cathey Death|Victor Lares Death
Friday August 2020 at around 7:50 p.m, vehicle collision occurred when a 2005 GMC Yukon carrying two passengers hit a 2015 Nissan Altima.
It occurred in the 7200 block of North Fm 973, in North of the old Decker Creek bridge.
The victims were identified as 35-year-old Anthony Cathey Jr. of Manor and an unidentified woman were the passengers in the Yukon, while 30 year old Victor Lares of Austin was the driver of the Altima as by the DPS.
Austin-Travis County EMS pronounced all three of them dead at the scene .
Travis County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Department rendered help and the wreck remains under investigation.
