Michael D. Chandler Death – Cause Of Death: RICHMOND, Va., – Officer Michael D. Chandler of the Big Stone Gap Virginia Police Department, Virginia has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 29 in a fatal shooting that took place on Saturday 13th November 2021 in the 2500 block of Orr Street While in line of duty.
According to reports, Michael was born on November 13th, 1992. He was called upon to perform a welfare check at a vacant home, upon his arrival he met one person in the building, from the report we learned he was shot at the apartment. He was a diligent member of the Virginia police force He was a dedicated man who served the city of Virginia with his life, he was very determined and ambitious. He was transported to the hospital to Johnson City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
Information has it that the suspect was located at a motel and arrested in Kingsport, Tennessee. More information about the shooting has not been released as the actual reason behind the shooting was not stated. Michael D. Chandler obituary and funeral arrangement and will be released by his family.
