BREAKING: Former UTV presenter, Brian Black has died after his car plunged into the water at Strangford Harbour.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance and the coastguard helicopter, were called to the scene of the incident in Co Down, just after 11:30 this morning.

Sad news…… Police confirm Brian Black, aged in his 70’s, has died following an incident today. Police say they received a report at 11.30 am that a car had entered the water at Strangford. Mr. Black was freed from the vehicle and taken to hospital where he passed away.
