Note- these articles are designed to be read all together so as to glean the important lessons contained

Lets say for instance you want to own a company that employs over 100 staff and even expatriates, you may not realise that you have very bad manners or poor interpersonal relationship which are poisons  capable of  killing your company even if you achieve it . If you have to manage that company without much crises, you have to learn  good interpersonal relationship and how to manage money. For you to do this effectively life may take you to work for someone first then when you have experiences that will purify and empower you with the necessary knowledge and skill, you will then be taken to your vision. But the problem here is that many times we fail by the way, during  this learning process, we allow pessimistic thinking to spoil our dreams and vision cos we think that we have been abandoned by God (since he didn’t just give us the company straight) we begin to think we have been placed in a position of suffering.

The key to sucess here is to be optimistic irrespective of the situation we find ourselves……all things works for the good of those who believe. It will be wise for us to realise that accidents, chance or luck do not happen in creation, everything is conceived and executed by the human or divine mind. The sucess you aspire to may take one week to achieve, a month, a year, ten years or hundred years (as in the case of great ideas developed over time)

1 The two sides of creation.

The creation process has never stopped taking place, everyday we bring out new and innovative things as science has shown us.

Let me ask you this question,

?Where you before you were born.

?What are you here to do.

?Where will you go after here.

The two sides of creation.

Creation is made of two parts, the manifest (those we see now) and the unmanifest (those yet to discovered by humans and brought out for our benefit. If we take example, cellphones, electricity, cars, nano and many more have all been there within the mind of the divine waiting for fertile human minds to utilize it)

The good thing here is that there is a ceaseless flow of energy between the both sides of creation, its a kind of synergy, synergy for action. The unmanifest creation is ever ready….waiting for minds who understand their “dominion” to send her request through “imagination” yes the universe will conspire to assist you achieve your purpose if you allow it.

Each noble thought or dream you aspire to is not just from nowhere, its a  way divine mind empowers us with her bounties.

Let not your dream seem bizarre to you, just nurture them to fruition cos they play a vital role in the scheme of creation, a role you may see and understand fully when the ideas has taken roots and benefit in the human society.

3-whatever the mind can conceive and built faith on, it can and will achieve it.

If your ideas seem too new to be real or seems too ambitious don’t……i repeat don’t take them for granted.

At this level of realisation, it becomes important for you to stay away from pessimists; they will only fill you with doubt, instead search out for optimist and build what Napoleon Hill calls a mastermind team. Your mastermind team should comprise of fellow optimist who are also working to achieve the greatness in them, They are the people you can talk to when you need motivation to move on, they are the “iron” that sharpens your “iron” of motivation.

How do you know optimist and pessimist?

I do mine by discussing a tip of my aspiration with somebody, if he tells me any encouraging word or feels happy or good for me, i count him as an optimist but if he tries to give me reasons why it will not work or think am too ambitious, i count him as a pessimist and henceforth i never discuss anything about my dreams with him, he can still be an acquaintance but in important issues like my vision, i will not discuss it with him. For those optimistic enough, i go to them whenever i want to get motivated. If it works for me, it can also work for you,you can try it, I also create another kind of master mind by reading a motivational stuff every morning before i cruise into my fulfilling day.

4- Ideas over time.

When young Charlotte Brunte began writing, he sent copies of his work to William Wordworth (a celebrated author) the poet laureate of England advised Charlotte to abandone writing  because he (William) could not ascertain is Charlotte was a clerk or a demented seamstress. Imagine the insult of calling a writer a seamstress after long hours of work to produce a readable work

II- when Erico Caruso applied to the eminent professor Guglieno for instruction, he was given an audition and afterword’s told that he (Erico) will never become a singer but he later went on to become a celebrated singer.

III- Henry Ford was warned by Thomas Edison to abandoned his car project and come work for him. Henry went on and later became an employer  of labour  (in hundreds of thousands all over the world)

IV- when young Chrysler bought a ford car and dismantled it about three times, his family called in a psychiatrist to come examine him little did they know he was learning how a car works.

V- when Marconi told his associate he would design a radio, they laughed him to scorn, when he finally made it they said it will be of no better use than to amuse toddlers, can you imagine the world today without radio(cool fm, silverbird, cosmo, tresure fm….whaooo).

VI-when the wright brothers constructed the first plane, General Marshal Forch of the U S army said planes will be of no use to the military(can nations today fight wars without planes, hitler nealy won the 2nd WW due to his powerful stealth fighters, if he had won, the globe would have been different from what we know today, maybe we will all be living in concentration camps)

VII- when the first cars were produced with top speed of about 13km per hour, authorities in the automobile industry said it would not be possible for man to move faster than 30km per hour or he will die of rush of air. But today some bikes have exceeded 500km/per hr, some cars have gone beyond 800km per hr(powered by jet engines),jets can fly as much as 15000km/per hr, and one of the fastest space shuttle achieves over 30,000km per hr on earth and above 300,000km when in space, so who is the optimist here ?

5-  if you buy something from a shop that delivers items to the buyers homes, will you start fidgeting where you are that your product will not come to you. In another sense, if your brother or friend in America sent you an I phone or a laptop through  DHL, would you start doubting the fact that the product will get to you. Even if it gets missing in transit, that is not your business, DHL will replace it for. The deal is that your parcel has been signed, sealed and must be delivered to you willy nilly.

the process of creation is simple, very simple ask….seek….knock and it will be opened. You have taken the first step in outlining what you “seek” be very specific o, and make sure its a thing that is crucial to your carrier cos many have asked and got what they asked for only to find out what they asked for was not what they are supposed to ask for as it brought more harm than good to them.

Believe that you have received what you are asking for, don’t express any doubt, believe…..build your faith in your ability to achieve. Know that you have got it and that it manifest at the right time.

6- Have you chosen your carrier yet ?

Have you outlined what you need to achieve in life. ?

Have you planned the way you need the universe to bring sucess ?

Does your mind work for or against you in the achievement of your goals ?

Do still have self defeating traits that ruin your carrier path.

7- Your path

We have seen how your destiny is in your hands. The responsibility to achieve your aspired greatness lies solely with you. Life belongs to those who take the bold step to dare to be themselves, mediocre suffer the most from the self inflicted prison they find themselves, they will remain there till their thoughts take on a positive attitude but to you who has been given the keys to greatness, it is believed that nothing …..yes nothing can stand in your way. Move on with the speed of sucex, dress like a sucex, celebrate your sucex, pop champagne, celebrate the budding greatness in you. You are a success, born to win, born to excell….excel beyond your widest imagination. When you ask for bread, cake will be given to you and when you need water, honey will be given to you. The bread of life and the honey of “flexing”
