Clint Vance Obituary – Death: A northwestern Ohio county leader Clint A. Vance, of Paulding, Ohio was found dead on Monday morning in an outbuilding on the farm at 17089 Road 133, in the village of Cecil, Ohio. He died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 30 years old.

Clint started his term as one of three county commissioners in January.
