Colin Cotter, 30, was pronounced dead on the spot outside his W. 81st St. building after allegedly falling while smoking on a 5th floor fire escape.
“He was getting donated masks and supplies to hand out at protests,” the neighbor recalled of him, “He was doing his part.”
