The National Cybersecurity Indicative Center of the National Cybersecurity Authority issued a high security warning regarding vulnerabilities in the ChromeOS operating system.
The center revealed that Google issued an update to address a number of vulnerabilities in the system, stressing that the threats are to enable the attacker to exploit the vulnerabilities, install malicious software, and carry out a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack.
Regarding preventive measures, the center recommended updating the operating system to version 102.0.5005.185, as Google issued an explanation of the necessary updates via the following link.
