David was the Executive Director for 26 years from 1980 to 2006, and was also recognized by Canada Soccer with their Award of Merit. Our condolences goes out to the Kerr family.

Dave played for the Winnipeg Blues (old Western Canada League) & later Tatra SC. He was a Maple leaf national champion with Manitoba in 1970. He was Manitoba Soccer’s executive director from 1980 to 2006.
