Eastern Province emerges as a leading region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and leads many scenes at the various educational levels (King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran), economic (Saudi Aramco in Dhahran), tourism (Eastern Coasts), and industrial (SABIC Petrochemicals and its group of companies in Jubail Ras Tanura and Tahlia Al-Khobar), local products (marine and agricultural at the level of all cities in the Eastern Province), and there is no doubt that women play a pivotal role in entrepreneurship and in the wheel of development and development in the Eastern Region.

Saudi women have been able to take honorable historical steps consistent with the culture of society and the changes of the era, and we can see this growth on different levels, thanks to God, and then with the support of the wise leadership and rulers.

It is worth noting that the tangible development is a collective and not an individual development, as the eastern culture joined and mixed with its peers from the rest of the cities and regions of the Kingdom, to form new life beliefs, values and opinions, and it is good here to drop this question “To what extent is human evolution formed by society?”

As one of the ladies of the Eastern Province, I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleasant and pleasant the change was within our Saudi society, which we felt even through our communication through social media. I believe that collective social life is the key to transformation in the new human development these days, as Saudi society has become more open and active on social media after many years of social reservation, with the era of openness and empowerment, social frameworks merged into women's society and we established good relations with real people. We shared common interests, learned new things, and developed new skills in life or the workplace. This fusion color and love for everything new is one of the characteristics of Eastern women.

With some, we have become spontaneous and fun revealing our future plans and dreams, and share consciously or unconsciously achieving them and creating more of them. This may seem exaggerated / strange, but it is very true and joyful.

In the era of empowerment, Saudi women were able to excel in skills and excel in them more, as is the case in the world of beauty, photography, design, or productive families, for example, the Ministry of Human Resources' support for small enterprises and self-employment.

With empowerment in Saudi Arabia, we found that women can generally empower another female, as sometimes happens through motivation; Inspirational ideas for home projects, or through courses on how to reach a specific goal, or guide one of them to discover a new academic or life path, or through leadership training.

Women's passion for things and positive attitudes towards new things and opportunities, this came after the freedom and self-determination industry that we gained from our country or in other words, the new Saudi Arabia. We have the right to express ourselves and our needs in various fields (study – professional – community and others) freely and loudly. This is what the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks to achieve a meaningful and objective development that suits the life affairs of Saudi society, specifically women as an essential part of it.

In conclusion, it is important here to remember the wonderful saying of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, “I support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and half of Saudi Arabia are women, and therefore I support women.”
