From the multiple field visits to schools, institutes, training centers, education offices and departments, and in managing educational affairs, he took care of the administrative organization, and control of operations by preparing procedural guides for work and professionalism in administrative tools, despite the crowding of administrative work; His care continued for special education students, their programs and activities, support for gifted students in Al-Faisaliah School and Mawhiba classes, and interest in various student activities until Jeddah Education students reached advanced positions in the Olympiads and international competitions.
