Google has issued an emergency security update for its browser, Chrome, to address the first exposed security vulnerability that has been exploited in a cyberattack since the beginning of this year, and this vulnerability was exposed under the name (CVE-2023-2033).
And Google indicated that it will provide an emergency update for the browser "Chrome" through the fixed desktop channel, and all users will be notified in the coming days or weeks.
And “Google” confirmed that this vulnerability is high risk, and all Chrome users should upgrade to version (112.0.5615.121) as soon as possible, because it addresses this serious vulnerability in Windows, Mac and Linux systems, and the web browser will automatically search for any new updates. And they are installed, even without user intervention after restarting the browser.
This version will also allow Google Chrome users to upgrade their web browsers to prevent attackers from developing their own exploit mechanisms.
