Hector Medrano Death – Inmate Found Dead In His Cell
According to officials, An inmate was discovered dead in his cell at the Pima Adult Detention Complex in Tucson on Sunday morning.
spokesperson for Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy James Allerton stated that At approximately 4 a.m, correctional officers discovered 27 year old Hector Medrano unconscious in his cell.
Officials reported that all effort by medical staff and Tucson fire personnel to revive him failed and he was declared dead.
