At 12:56 am, officers were on the scene of a one-vehicle fatal crash at Hernando & Effie. The vehicle struck a concrete pillar and burst into flames. The driver Jonathan Lacy 31, did not survive. A male juvenile was ejected and xported to LeBonheur in critical condition.
