It seems that the fuse of the conflict between the founding poles of the Tash Ma Tash series is on its way to renewal, and that it took a legal curve this time in a different way, while everyone thought that the famous conflict that extended for years between the director of the first parts, Amer Al-Hamoud, and the duo Nasser Al-Qasabi and Abdullah Al-Sadhan, was surprised by his return with a fiery tweet threatening In which he will return to the judiciary, and perhaps his opponent this time, the broadcast channel.
Where the director, Al-Hamoud, vowed to sue them for violating his moral and intellectual rights for the series, with a tweet in which he said: “It is very painful that my moral and intellectual rights are violated in a daily manner in front of millions, and with the knowledge of the violator that I am the owner of the right and by a ruling from the Administrative Court of Appeal in the Riyadh region. This is what is happening today from the channel.” MBC in its presentation of the Tash episodes without obtaining my consent to that.
Lawyer Muhammad al-Sunaidi, who lived through the case of the famous dispute, told Okaz: “It was previously decided that the director, Amer al-Hamoud, has the right to be called Tash Ma Tash, and his right still exists, and it does not change the reality of his entitlement to use the phrase Tash al-Awda.”
And he added: “The previous ruling issued in favor of Al-Hamoud was issued with the operative and entitlement of the director, Amer Al-Hamoud, in the title.
And about his expectations by virtue of his experience in the future of the case and in favor of whom it might take place, Al-Sunaidi said: “The matter is up to the judiciary whose rulings are respected by all, and in the event that Al-Hamoud files a case against “Tash Al-Awda”, I expect that he will win it on the basis that such cases in which compensation is recurring. Unless Al-Sadhan and Al-Qasabi took the consent of Al-Hamoud to own this title, where compensation revolves in presence or absence with the repetition of the use of the name (Tash), and Al-Hammoud may enter the transmission channel in the lawsuit, and the judiciary, finally, is the one who determines who will be judged on all of them or one of them.
