Marty Costoff Has Died: “Flags have been lowered to half-mast at our stations today, for Toronto Fire Services Captain Martin “Marty” Castoff who passed away on Tuesday.

From 1986-2002, Marty was a volunteer firefighter with the then Aurora Fire Department.
Thinking of his family and wishing them comfort.
Rest peacefully Brother Castoff, thank you for your service.”
This week we laid to rest two members; Captain Daniel Thompson and Marty Costoff. Both men are survived by loving family and friends, as well as their extended family of over 3000 fellows Toronto Firefighters. Rest In Peace Brothers.

No cause of death confirmed yet, as no health issues or other causes of death have been learned to be associated with the passing.
