The situation is not limited to this street, despite the density of parking violations throughout the day, as there are complexes of clinics, offices, companies, and hotel apartments other than schools. This causes traffic jams at separate times, and the matter gets worse in the absence of warning signs or an alert that parking on the left side of the double street is a potentially dangerous traffic violation.
Residents of a number of neighborhoods (north of Jeddah) complain of frequent wrong parking on the left side of the road; Which causes narrow lanes and may cause traffic accidents for vehicles traveling in the left lane.

The “Okaz” tour monitored the complaints of some residents of Al-Nahda, Al-Naim, Al-Muhammadiyah, and Al-Nuzha neighborhoods. Because of the frequent wrong parking on the left shoulder, which is an explicit traffic violation in light of the lack of sufficient culture among some in the wrong parking places. A number of residents explained that Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Street in the middle of Al-Nahda 2 neighborhood, west of Prince Sultan Street, increases the phenomenon of standing on the left shoulder due to the presence of intense and increasing commercial activity in the street, including schools, medical clinics, furnished apartments, companies, management offices, and so on. The left shoulder in the narrow lane of the street and increased fears of traffic accidents when overtaking from the left side.
Mohsen Hussein recounted how a vehicle driven by a woman almost collided when she was surprised by a car coming out of the right lane and trying to overtake it, only to find a convoy of parked vehicles on the left side of the double street.
Khaled Al-Abdullah said: “Among the violations he sees on main streets; Such as Al-Amal Street, the occasional parking of vehicles on the Service Street, which causes narrow lanes for vehicles that take the Service Street as their path, and I demand that the parking be longitudinal as is the practice in most streets.
A number of residents, including Umm Khaled, Muhammad Saleh, and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, indicated that they see traffic patrols that sometimes photograph vehicles that are standing on the left shoulder to issue violations on them.
They demanded the presence of warning signs for vehicle drivers indicating that it is forbidden to park on the left shoulder of the main double streets within the neighborhoods.
