This causes traffic jams at separate times, and the matter gets worse in the absence of warning signs or an alert that parking on the left side of the double street is a potentially dangerous traffic violation.

Residents of a number of neighborhoods (north of Jeddah) complain of frequent wrong parking on the left side of the road; Which causes narrow lanes and may cause traffic accidents for vehicles traveling in the left lane.

The “Okaz” tour monitored the complaints of some residents of Al-Nahda, Al-Naim, Al-Muhammadiyah, and Al-Nuzha neighborhoods. A number of residents, including Umm Khaled, Muhammad Saleh, and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, indicated that they see traffic patrols that sometimes photograph vehicles that are standing on the left shoulder to issue violations on them.

They demanded the presence of warning signs for vehicle drivers indicating that it is forbidden to park on the left shoulder of the main double streets within the neighborhoods.
