According to this news clip, “several” officers fired at Nikolas Frazier early this morning. Some bullets hit “neighboring businesses”, one a nearby nail salon. Frazier was taken to the hospital and died there. Frazier is said to have been armed at the time of the shooting.

The armed man has been identified as 26-year-old Nikolas Frazier of Clovis.
