WEYMOUTH, Mass. (AP) — On Thursday afternoon, November 18, a Massachusetts single-vehicle accident has claimed the life of one person and injured another around 2 a.m.
According to report released by the Massachusetts State Police, a vehicle traveling on Route 3 in Weymouth when the vehicle veered off and crashed in a wooded area of the road. one of the occupants of the vehicle whose identity was not released pending notification of the next of kin, died from the injuries sustained from the accident. The other occupant of the vehicle got serious injuries and was transported to South Shore Hospital for treatment.
The accident is still under investigation.
