Very saddened to hear of the passing today of Ray Cleaver. First Trainer I worked with and for and successfully so for 7 years. Very capable man with a racehorse and learned a great deal from him. Small in stature but BIG in character. Lived life constantly to the full! RIP Ray

Sad news this morning with the passing of trainer Ray Cleaver. He was a character but most people didn’t see that side of him because he didn’t like to do any media. Anyway, I’m off to fill some potholes in the road because that’s all he ever complained about. RIP Ray.🙏
