Rob’s impactful contributions to the hospitality industry leaves a legacy. An avid supporter in the development of young chefs and the biggest believer in the power of the Chefs Jacket and what it stood for. He supported numerous association events during his tenure at Tsogo Sun and Sun International
He was the pioneer of Master Chef South Africa, awarding Deena Naidoo his first Resturant on winning the inaugural reality series.
Rob firmly supported the Inter Hotel Challenge and believed that Chefs would make or break the buiness.
Just a few weeks short of celebrating his milestone 60th birthday, Rob is survived by his wife Pam, 3 children and grandchildren.
