The remains of retired Lake Co. Sheriff’s Deputy, Ryan Askew, 59 draped by an American Flag & escorted by deputies. Askew was working security at Munster Community Hospital when he was shot and killed by Jamal Williams, 22 (of Lansing), a patient who got ahold of Askew’s gun.
